Job Title: Account Manager
Department: Sponsorship
Main Duties – what do you have to deliver
* Successfully manage the delivery of deliverables to our group of B2B and consumer brand sponsors
* Contribute to the generation of new business projects from concept creation to going live
* Ensure that all sponsors engagement and activation is maximised and exceeds expectations
* Actively increase existing sponsor income
* Establish and maintain positive and strong client relationships
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Be a high achiever with an exceptional record of client management
* Have outstanding ability to plan and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
* Have excellent report writing and budget management skills with an acute attention to detail.
* Have a strong, proven entrepreneurial flair for identifying new income streams from existing clients
* Be expected to support the Head of Department with day-to-day Senior Account Management tasks
* Work effectively as part of a team
Experience required: 5 to 7 years within a marketing / advertising / experiential agency. A good knowledge of sailing is desirable
