• visiting and developing and growing long-term relationships with Bluefield clients and traders, as well as big farmers;
• searching for new clients and big farmers who might benefit from the company products and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
• managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
• persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• calculating client quotations
• negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
• offering after-sales support services;
• meeting regular sales targets;
• recording and maintaining every client contact data in the head office;
• updating customers on new arrivals;
• attending trade shows, conferences and Seminars;
• making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• providing technical support and product education for farmers and clients;
• solving client problems;
• preparing daily reports and weekly plan for head office;
