In addition, they have an excellent reputation for Quality, Innovation Professionalism and Delivering results We are now looking for a Business Development Manager Investments to join their expanding team in the North West of Saudi Arabia with travel throughout the Middle East KEY RESPONSIBILITES Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the group various industry lines and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Responsible for locating new business opportunities in new markets and with new companies Responsible for finding ways to exploit new markets and bring in revenue Engages in strategic analysis, marketing, sales and product development Responsible for determining the potential profit that the company can garner from a given market and must compare this to the costs that the company might incur Able to prioritize the opportunities that are the most likely to generate a profit Leads initiatives to cater to each division business strategy and organizational objectives ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS University graduate Engineering/Marketing or Business Administration from internationally recognised institution 10 years business experience of which 3 5 have been at a management level Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent Arabic and English KEY SKILLS Ability to produce detailed project plans in which objectives are clearly defined and steps for achieving them clearly specified An ability to see possibilities beyond the obvious.
