Our client is a leading money transfer and foreign exchange company based in the GCC. Established in 1917, it was the very first foreign exchange firm in Bahrain and has a long-established, well-trusted reputation for always moving money smartly, efficiently, dependably and at the best rates available. They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Arabic speaker to develop a new market and region for this business, whilst working with their management team to identify the best route to market. The primary role is to achieve and exceed sales revenue targets by efficiently delivering quality services and sales advice to customers, ensuring repeat business whilst developing long term working relationships. Responsibilities: •Generating sales and revenues for the business to grow and expand their operation across Egypt and Middle East regions. •Establishing and developing relationships with new clients and customers. •Handle various types of foreign currency transactions and remittance services. •Strictly adhere to guidelines, policies and procedures of the bank in all activities •Penetrating the Egyptian market and driving the clients business to become the leading financial exchange in the market place. •Supporting to the growing demands for expatriates sending their money back from abroad to aid the growing Egyptian economy. Requirements •Must be an Arabic speaker. •A minimum of 3-5 years with working in a Money/Financial Exchange •Must have a proven track record in sales and business development. •Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Prior experience in areas relating to cash management is an added advantage. •Must be willing to travel.
