•Develop and execute the brand strategy and plans in order to ensure sustainable growth in line with the strategy.
•Facilitate the development and execution of category/ channel objectives and targets with Sales/Customer Teams and measure effectiveness of Brand/category/channel activities (through pre- and post evaluations) and come up with adjustments to maximize return on investment.
Manage the development, presentation and negotiation of category reviews to ensure distribution and shelf management opportunities are maximized, in line with category/channel business plan
•Actively manage the financial ‘levers’ available to improve & optimize the overall business performance
