CEO required for leading international brand. My client is currently in search of a specialist retail CEO following a re-structure of their senior team. You will have significant C'level and MENA experience in a well known retail brand at COO / CEO / VP or Managing Director levels Aside from the day-to-day management of the company the CEO will be a key driving force behind developing new sales channels, securing new brands and deepening new and historical customer relationships, also and of great importance will be the proven ability to restructure and implement a change management programme leading to future growth and success. Preferred applicants will be able to demonstrate a successful career at executive level leading teams within the fashion, luxury fashion or jewellery retail sectors. You will have a proven track record in organisational change,increasing sales, margin and reducing costs whilst ensuring employee motivation in a business exceeding 300 stores on an international field. Package negotiable with significant performance related incentives.
