Description

•Assist in the preparation and management of the Business Change Management Plan •Identify all aspects of the client business operation that will be impacted on by the ERP project •Provide input to the client company-wide user education and training program •Consult with client business management to define strategies to overcome impediments to change •Define and promote the benefits to be got out of the ERP implementation •Assist client business management to implement change strategies as per plan •Work closely with the client departmental mangers to guide and coach them to accept change •Study specific change management challenges as may be tasked and recommend solution options •Evaluate impact of changes on the client systems, business and operations
