· European / Sri Lanka Nationals · Chartered Quantity Surveyor · With superior Managerial skills · Over 15 years experience in all aspects of quantity surveying specially in Post Contract Works. · Hands on experience at a senior level in QS works in the development of a major international airport including infrastructure, runways, passenger terminal buildings etc. · A thorough knowledge of FIDIC based contracts essential. · A strong proactive individual · Excellent communication skills · Outstanding leadership qualities and capable of leading a team of Quantity Surveyors in this major land mark project. · Negotiable and attractive compensation package is on offer to the ideal candidate. · Other benefits include, Family medical insurance, life insurance for employee, family air tickets, paid annual leave of 30 days for 11 months of continued service. · Excellent prospects for the ideal candidate.
