Over the years they have developed extensive experience in various functional areas of engineering in hydraulics that allow them to create value for clients either through more efficient design or through cost savings. They encourage the use of value engineering practices and techniques to better serve their client’s needs. You will be responsible for managing the Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) Department ensuring all the electrical & electronics engineering needs of the organization are met by offering on time engineering design services and support. You will contribute towards achieving the business plans in terms of Engineering Production/Assembly and ensure the smooth functioning of Electrical / Electronics Engineering Design operations, identifying customer/project requirements and offer scope of Engineering Design/solution. You will assist the Design Team in preparing scope of works, specification & designing the project, BOM and drawings for jobs/projects. You will manage, plan, lead, design and review the Electrical & Electronics Designs, CAD and Support Team. You will have overall responsibility for your Team achieving commitments and objectives on time and offer a full range of electrical / electronics design and technical leadership to product range and applications. To be successful the employee should be able to demonstrate, extensive knowledge on Electrical / Electronics Engineering Design & Production particularly skid mounted packages for offshore and oil & gas markets. You must have a sound knowledge of the latest technologies on Computer Aided Designing, AutoCAD tools with excellent grasp of operational issues. You will have knowledge of Electrical/Electronic control systems & Automation, PLCs & Programming, knowledge of a variety of structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and software tool packages will be an added advantage. You will have an ability to plan, schedule, select, install and commission projects and a commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE).
