Our clients on of the leading group of companies in the UAE, involved in Contracting, Manufacturing, Engineering, Plant & Machinery Operation Logistics, Trading and Shipping, has an immediate requirement for an energetic executive to manage the Internal Audit department as CIA Chief Internal Auditor, reporting to the CEO and the Chairman Summary of tasks and responsibilities: - Full control over the operational and financial internal audit and processes, of the group; - Create a dynamic team of internal audits to set polices procedures for indentifying frauds, gapes discrepancies in the operations as well as the financial dealings within the group - Prepare and manage the internal audit process and ensure transparent and clear reports are communicated to the CEO/Owner on timely bases - Will need to access and develop the existing Internal Audit system and ensure implementation as approved and planned. - Find any functional operational discrepancies or frauds within the existing systems and process and take initiatives for corrective majors and ensure the implementation of international recognized Audit systems for facilitate the smooth and transparent business operations. - Required to work have worked within a large multinational group with multicultural and multinational environment. Characteristics - A strong personalities and excellent communication skills - Patient and works towards aching set objectives and goals - A university graduate with CIA, ACA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification - At least 15 to 25 years of experience and at least 10 years of managerial level positions within a multinational group of companies - Age bracket between 39 to 50 years of age - Arabic speaking in considered an advantage An attractive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidates
