As the Hydraulic Chief Mechanical Design Engineer your responsibilities will include the interpretation of contractual / system design specifications, the creation of product functional specifications and schematics, conceptual design and checking of manufacturing drawings, product test and user documentation, support of equipment testing (FAT, EFAT, SIT), commissioning and undertaking stress, hydraulic and other design calculations. As an experienced Hydraulic Mechanical Engineer you will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, comprehensive hydraulics knowledge, both practical and theoretical. Have an awareness of the codes and standards relating to offshore industry, practical manufacturing skills and experience in Subsea engineering.
