Primary Purpose of the role:
As a member of Executive Team, you will spearhead the business development & strategic planning initiatives across the group. You will sustain growth through acquisitions, lead and support the strategic evaluation, financial analysis and execution of acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and divestitures. You will manage merger & acquisition (M&A)projects across business units & JV partnerships. In addition, you will also coordinate and closely work with cross-functional teams (i.e. finance, human resources, IT & legal) in analyzing and executing acquisition transactions.
Reporting to both the Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer – you will manage and prepare policies, procedures, concepts and framework for conducting Company’s Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activities.
You will also be responsible to manage all aspects of the acquisition process from strategy and target identification through due diligence, negotiation, synergy and integration. |
