Description

This position exists to provide financial support for the manufacturing plant ensures accurate assignment of costs to products in a standard cost environment, monitors and reports cost variances, values inventory and provides key support for the operations team. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Development and implementation of standard cost 2. Analyze inventory transactions for accuracy including monitoring cycle counting activities and coordinates any physicals required 3. Analyze and report material costs and usage including variances, analyzes production variances and provides reporting and explanations 4. Provide budgeting and forecasting support for manufacturing operations 5. Partner with operations team to provide financial analysis and support to improve productivity 6. Review and assist in developing capital appropriation requests, ensures the quality and timeliness of all required financial reports for management and compliance with GAAP, operational policies and other government regulations 7. Supervise preparation of monthly financial reporting and performance analysis 8. Coordinate preparation of annual and mid-term plan for plant 9. Responsibility to coordinate, consult or advise management to ensure an understanding of manufacturing costs relating to product profitability and apply sound business projections for future needs. 10. Ability to coach and development accounting staff REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must, CMA / CPA/ CFA ,master degree is preferred • Total 05 To 07 yrs of total experience with Minimum 03 years in Similar Position. In industrial sector such as Switches, cable, Electrical Transformers, Electrical accessory. • Proficiency in multiple computer-based tools, including Advanced Excel, with M.S Office is a must. • Sufficient experience in E.R.P, such as (SAP, Oracle) is a plus • Strong communication and analytical skills, excellent problem solving skills required
