Description

Internal: - KAMs, for customer’s requirements and special requests. - Finance Controller, for payment conditions clarifications. External: Existing TPE Customers, for documentation inquires/requests. - External Suppliers, for order handling. - TP Export, for order placements coordination. - Shippers, for shipment coordination. - Forwarders, for follow up on order clearance and delivery - Existing TPE Customers, for documentation inquires/requests. - External Suppliers, for order handling. - TP Export, for order placements coordination. - Shippers, for shipment coordination. - Forwarders, for follow up on order clearance and delivery. Accountabilities - Fulfilling customers and organization’s requirements, in line with organization’s policies and code of conduct, efficiently and promptly by excelling in his job. - Handling orders process, starting from receiving it , advising required delivery dates, compiling shipments and making Equipment price splitting. - Co-delivering shipments based on good judgment on cost and time factors to control original documents according to terms of delivery and contract. - Follow up for customers shipments status update and documentation inquires/requests. - Obtaining quotations from suppliers and following up receiving, revising order confirmation and delivery dates negotiations. - Monitoring for order shipment coordination with TP Export, to follow up on ensure receiving complete shipping instructions. - Obtain freight quotations with shippers and monitor communication with TP Export. Knowledge/Experience University Degree 6-8 years working experience preferably in logistics/Exports & Procurement. Familiar with basic export/import legalities knowledge and market perception. Good user of MS Office. Skills Needed Good communication skills Customer oriented Eye for details Logic and systematic thinking Proactive Team Player Time Management Ability to deliver good performance under pressure
