Description

• Demand Planning 1. Managing Sales Forecasting process & facilitating S&OP meetings. 2. Manage the inventory levels for optimization of company resources. Manage Product as well as model DIO very closely and make necessary changes in forecasting in order to avoid shortages or overstock situation. 3. Analyze sales trend and communicate shortages or long term well in advance for possible corrective action 4. Partner PSI analysis to aid Sales in better decision making and better forecasting. 5. Update Channel PSI in GCCN System. • Supply Planning 1. Managing Supply Planning to ensure timely supply of products,high level of coordination with facotries to resolve supply related issues. 2. Managing pricing system for Purchase price. 3. Track on-time delivery from factory and follow up on shipments. 4. Direct logistics for urgent clearance to help use maximum port storage facility. 5. Collaborating with Order Desk and Logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of the orders 6. Timely Issuance of Purchase order 7. Managing NPI/EOL schedules for smooth and effective sales • Moving Plan 1. Manage moving Plan in the system effectively & efficiently to give a better projection to the business. Maintain Prices as well for Moving Plan • Management Reporting 1. Sales Forecast Accuracy Reports – Review & Analysis of Sales Forecasting Accuracy Reports on weekly basis 2. PSI reporting on weekly basis 3. Support the development of Demand management processes and system 4. KPI: SFA/SCI, GCC Input Ratio, Manual PO rate, Moving Plan revision rate - less than 85% Key Qualities Required • Analytical skills in the tracking, reconciliation of data and development of Management Reporting to facilitate informed Business Decision Making. • Numerate and Technical skills to ensure robustness and integrity of the high volume of data produced. • Strong Communication Skills and Team Player characteristics • Proficiency in operating computer systems Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in science or mathematical discipline • Minimum 3 - 4 years work experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain/Logistics experience • Nationality: Any • Gender: Any (Preferably Male)
