This is a fantastic opportunity to join and spearhead one of the Middle Easts brand success stories. To realise its highly ambitious and aggressive expansion plan, the company is currently looking for a proactive, commercially focused and profit driven Operations Director for one of their big growth brands. The Operations Director will have the exciting opportunity to develop this trendy clothing brand throughout in the Middle East. Role Specifics: Store Operations Management Brand development & business planning Accountability for the P&L & strategic management of the Retail Division's Real Estate portfolio Maintaining & developing relationships with host brand Team development and leadership Property strategy development Marketing, Advertising and Promotions Role balance: 70% operational & and 30% strategic The Requirements: 10-15 years Operational experience gained in retail including a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions Strong background in visual merchandising Directorship and development experience of very large retail store chain (stores ranging from 700 to 1.200 sqm. each) Working at a senior level in a renowned company, top global retail group or major multi franchise operation The Package: Very competitive tax free package (Middle East), including bonus and executive benefits.
