Description

POSITION: Green Building Expert ROLE: The function of this position will be to be part of the LEED projects team which will be working through various projects through both pre-contract phase including initial green building concepts and post-contract activities via controlling the project, determining LEED evaluation report, working with contractors, managing the certification process and handing over and close out of project. You will also understand sustainability as it applies to the built environment. RESPONSIBILITIES · Supervising all aspects of LEED implementation on construction project(s). Education: QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum BS Degree in Engineering or Architecture • LEED Accredited Professional (“LEED AP” or “LEED BD+C”) • 3 years of working experience in implementing and supervising the LEED projects (NC, Homes, Commercial, etc) to the LEED Platinum level including multi-million dollar construction projects • International experience is a must, preferably in Middle East environments • Commissioning experience a significant plus • English as first language Matching candidates - please send in your CV to email: resume@skcmanagement.com; pmd@skcmanagement.com or call : 00914842316533 (Ms. Surya)
