We are looking for a strong Group Acct Director. This person will need to be able to work on two levels. First lead a regional team based in Dubai and within that extends leadership to our office brand teams in Egypt and Saudi. Secondly develop strong relationships with the regional Client team, and extend this to the in-market marketing teams. The role requires a practical personality that is both brand strategic and that can lead creative development. This role is for an Arab speaking male. External Work to earn client respect / build relationship - Top down / Bottom up - be the one they call, like and respect as the leader and rely on to deliver Pro-actively lead and improve T.V. Creative Drive integrated and online strategy with team Provide Added value strategic input / opinion to: - Copy strategy - CTS analysis. Monthly POV/quarterly analysis/annual review - Media strategy and buying - Platform programs - International co-ordination - Drive market insight and planning - Competitive positioning Maintain remuneration agreement and deliver added value service that reflects compensation. Lead and coordinate network teams. Keep abreast and add value to their work and ensure they follow brand and media guidelines. Internal PDR evaluation aim should be to ‘over achieve’. • Lead, build, inspire, and support Dubai and Network teams / Agency Management. • Pro-actively give direction and solution guidance. • Be the guardian of network media strategy, budget, plans and buying performance. • Be informed and provide guidance on all major local programs. • Develop Agencies relationship / contribution to International co-ordination/input • Maximize billings and revenue whilst strengthening Agencies value for money service image. • Maintain control over financial good practice to ensure all jobs are properly estimated, delivered, invoiced, and paid. • Supervise and add value to MU Dubai team. Inspire, support, control. • Set internal team tasks and systems to ensure systematic response to standard requirements and ensure tight control of all media, financial, copy and competitive information and reporting. • Maintain electronic brand book accessible by the team
