Description

I am currently searching for Indian National CFO's and FC's. This Group CFO role will head a mulit billion SR turnover business. A Chartered Accountant with 10 or more years of experience in the related industries including banking and ideally retail is sought to assume a very strategic leadership role with a leading business house. Assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer and reporting to the Group MD, the successful candidate will take on a strategic leadership role within the organization and will immerse himself with bank relations and engaging new financing with various avenues. The Chief Financial Officer assumes lead on all legal agreements related to financing and mergers & acquisitions as well as negations and reviews, financial reporting and strategic planning. He will oversee the entire finance group and while this is quite a big bill to fill; this opportunity is a great venture for a dynamic leadership type who welcomes new challenges. Candidates must have a recognized accounting designation, ideally a chartered accountant with minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the related industries, in MNC or with a large local group. Experience in Saudi Arabia is very much desirable. You should be at least 35 years of age. A solid understanding of investment strategies and financial services and strong understanding of financial risk management and oversight is also required.
