The job holder in this position will be responsible for providing the total rewards and performance management services to the group, advise Group HR Manager in designing and implementing the compensation structure & performance management system. The incumbent will ensure that all the jobs in the organization are timely evaluated, compensated, and salary offered across the positions are competitive to attract and retain the talent.
Experience:
1. At least 3-5 years relevant experience in total rewards and performance management.
2. Experience in designing and rolling compensation and benefits plan.
3. Excellent command on Job evaluation Method by Hay, Mercer or Watson Wyatt methods.
4. A background in diversified industry will be a distinct advantage.
5. Experience on Multi cultural cooperation.
6. Hands on experience in participating and conducting salary surveys
