Offering corporate and personal clients a wide variety of services and products, they are a true international leader in this field with an excellent reputation. We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand, PR and Web to join their expanding team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. OVERVIEW OF ROLE Create and communicate the company’s brand proposition to differentiate the brand and build strong brand equity. Developing ideas and activities that support the brand positioning, and drive a leading health care image. Be the internal brand custodian and champion. This job will be within the marketing department and will require developing a detailed knowledge of the Medical Insurance industry as well as the targeted segment. Reporting to: Director of Marketing KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Contributing to and executing the master brand strategy • Developing the master brand positioning • Developing communication and activities that support and communicate the new brand positioning • Setting guidelines for master brand usage and implementation across segments • Managing the master brand PR campaigns • Re-launching the corporate website, adding new e-commerce features and enhancing web services offering • Developing non channeled based innovations and services • Setting the brand activity plans for the master brand • Managing the marketing support budget for master brand, PR and Web • Creating affiliation and links with strong providers and key industry stake holders • Deep understanding of the business to enable deep consumer insight and identifying new business opportunities • Conceptualizes comprehensive and innovative marketing approach which enhances the image of and generates maximum exposure for the brand, improving brand awareness. • Lead the internal and external (agency) teams to effectively work together generating superior marketing output • Continuously feeding the innovation funnel with new products and services concepts based on consumer insights and category understanding • Identifies new marketing opportunities by monitoring activities, community events and customers’ needs. Developing below the line activities to bring the brand closer to consumers and generate brand relevance and affinity • Conducts market research using surveys, questionnaires, and other means; analyzes and reports the data • Create a positive relationship with the extended team in the organization to generate alignment and support from other functions • Supporting the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Marketing or related field • A Master’s degree or post graduate Degree is a plus • At least 9 years experience in Marketing • At least 5 years experience in Brand Building • Proficient in both Arabic and English • Excellent computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft KEY SKILLS • A passion for marketing • A solid understanding of market research and analysis • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify correlations and commonalities • Organizational Awareness • Decision Making • Creative thinking • Use Initiative • Forward Thinking • Team Leadership • Results orientated • Resource Management • Vision
