This position exists to direct the highly efficient and motivated team of Shared Services, heading the Delivery Companies and Corporate Core Services under the umbrella of Corporate Shared Services and provide them with the required strategic focus, clarity and corporate support.
You will ensure that the strategic direction and guidelines from the BOD are conveyed appropriately so that the team excel in their respective businesses and translate the Companys vision into reality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree, In Human resources is a most)
Masters degree in the filed of Business management and Administration preferred
Minimum Experience:
15 20 years of management experience
08 years in similar Position
