Key Accountabilities:
Identify new clients
Target individual and corporate clients
Research and study the competition to easily promote the products
Achieve financial target set at the beginning of the year
Manage new individual and group clients’ portfolio
Handle the After-sales services
Follow-up on collection
Organize regularly needed documents and reports
Direct administrative issues
Re-approach lost business
Other duties as assigned
Prerequisites:
Must have strong organizational skills, as well as strong written & verbal communication skills
Solid customer service skills
Strong knowledge of statistics and being able to turn complicated data into clear and concise information
Detail-oriented, self-directed, analytical and good at solving problems
Strong negotiation, decision-making and time management skills
Commitment and tenacity
Education level: BS in Insurance
Computer skills required: Outlook, Microsoft Office
Languages required: Arabic & English and/or French
Years of Experience: Average 2 years
Industry background required: Insurance
Reporting to the Business Development Unit Manager
