Description

• Manage the strategic operational investment planning • Manage all tasks relevant to financial due diligence, asset valuation, financial modeling, and the management and monitoring of the works of the Financial Advisors • setting-up of financial control systems as well as the identification, screening and capital structuring of direct investment opportunities • Manage direct investment opportunities (analyses, appraisal & reporting) • Conduct business valuation for PE & JV investments in different sectors globally • Prepare feasibility studies for new start-up projects & prospective investments • Manage M&A processes for all relevant investments • Participate in negotiations with considered targets to achieve the investment objectives • Conduct financial advising jobs such as business plans, business presentations, financial analysis and reporting • Conduct “deal structuring” for considered investments • Search & attract new ideas & opportunities in different sectors • Responsible for asset risk management portfolio (risks, impacts, mitigations, options, etc.) • Prepare board-level reports, briefings, presentations, risks of various investment opportunities. • Maintain and update all records of financial performance of all investments. The ideal candidate should have a solid experience in foreign investments, mergers, acquisitions, IPO, asset management and capital expenditures analysis & management with a good analytical and research skill. Excellent managerial and leadership skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
