Description

•Assists in corporate secretarial matters. •Reviews contracts and agreements. •Liaises with external counsels when necessary. •Provides timely and accurate advice and services to manage all legal risk. •Leads on all areas of contract development (commercial and partening) •Reviews the arrangements for outsourced legal advice, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements. • Advises on the legal effects on policy proposals (internal and external), preparing responses to consultation documents. • Advises on matters of company law, corporate governance, regulatory matters and oversight and supervision of subsidiary company transactions and compliance. •Involves in all aspects of life assurance, pensions, insurance, company, contract, commercial, trust. •Assisting with documentation review, contractual certainty, drafting and amending contracts and supporting documentation; •Manages and supervises all administrative staff to ensure good performance and achieved results. •Directs the work activities of the administrative staff by delegating work assignments, coordinating schedules, reviewing output, and evaluating performance. •Maintains an up-to-date staff files for all employees and casual workers and ensures that those files are properly accessed as per set policies and procedures. •Monitors Staff attendance. •Assists in scheduling and planning special events and social activities related to building staff team spirit and motivation. •Prepares meeting notices, correspondence, materials, reports, agendas and minutes of meeting. •Handles all formalities for foreign workers, CNSS papers and Insurance Coverage. •Communicates with local and governmental institutions; Municipalities, Ministers, General Security, … •Provides administrative support to employees, head of departments, and management. •Handles all administrative affairs, travel booking, hotel reservation, visas formalities for staff, managers, and visitors. •Monitors the purchasing and using of all office assets.
