Mall Marketing Manager position based in Dubai for Shopping Mall. Only Arab Nationals should apply
Key Tasks:
To Increase traffic foot fall
To Increase Tenants sales turn over
To suitably position the mall for our target customer
Key Responsibilities:
To direct, oversee and manage the marketing team in the Mall
To conceptualize, activate and execute the Promotions and Events in the Mall within budget
To direct the mall’s continuous publicity through advertising, promotions, website, visual merchandising, signage, directories, newsletters etc in order to enhance the branding and positioning aspects of the Mall.
To direct all PR activity and Advertising company requirements
To continue to drive our customer loyalty programme to new heights by learning more about our regular customers
To develop and manage our Gift voucher business through enhanced sales programmes and promotions
To work closely with the rest of the Mall Management team to enhance marketing initiatives
The position requires excellent financial aptitude. The candidate should possess good computer software proficiencies and have a good understanding of retail and marketing experience. They should be self enterprising, a self starter and have the ability to function under pressure.
The financial package would depend to a great degree on the person’s previous work experience and their suitability for this particular job role.
