Description

Special Required Skills: •Technical Diploma in Electrical, HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and plumbing •5 years experience in the field •Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade •Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations •Knowledge of electrical application for high and low voltage electric system •Skill in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical/mechanical and plumbing systems •equipments and components •Skill in both verbal and written communication Primary Duties and Responsibilities: •Perform the technical task assigned by the Supervisor/Project Engineer, and according to procedures, job instructions, checklists and known standards (within or outside his specialty) •Inform immediately the Supervisor/Project Engineer about any change in plans or incident on site •Is responsible for the materials, tools and equipments handed by the company or by the client •Maintain good appearance, manners and communication level (with clients and colleagues) •Respect the company’s regulations (punctuality, vacations, …) •Establish the call reports and hands them to the supervisor with all related invoices •Trigger and induce corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement •Is responsible for the proper implementation of PM tasks •Work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability. •Plan own work to meet given objectives and processes. •Broad range of technical or professional work activities in a variety of contexts. Education and Experience: -Technical Diploma in Electrical, HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and plumbing -5 years of experience in the field
