A digital Multinational located in Lebanon is looking for website moderators to monitor the Website and all its features. Moderators will work to monitor the website and its forums and ensure users are respecting website/forum rules by using appropriate language, categories and the like. Job description: A moderator should work to keep the site running smoothly... enforcing the Board Rules of Conduct, solving problems, and answering any questions that members may have regarding the site, it\\\'s policies, and procedures. A moderator should work to promote interest and participation within their forum... this can be with challenges, exercises, or anything else that would increase the creative response of members. A moderator should promote the site and help in the recruitment of new members. Qualifications: 1) Familiarity with websites and various means of internet access. Any specific expertise will be appreciated and utilized effectively. They will be trained specifically in our website depending on current needs. 2) A kind, social attitude to help users feel comfortable while consulting them. Patience will be required to maintain composure while dealing with frustrated users. They will be given basic instruction on customer service techniques. 3) Must be able to work according to shifts rotation and ARABIC is a must
