Description

The Head of Operations is responsible for the complete operational functions within the country for the Group. The main role is to make the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations. Main Responsibilities: - Ensures that Store Managers effectively supervise store environment by planning, organizing and delegating tasks to meet store goals and expectations. - Proposes annual operating plans and ensuring that expenditure is within budget unless otherwise approved. - Achieves store forecasted daily and weekly sales goals. - Achieves targeted budgets and other income targets. - Achieves best practices in supply chain management. - Maintains stock availability targets. - Maintains security and integrity of company assets. - Establishes and implements departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures. Prerequisites - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Hypermarket/supermarket retail operations. - Strong leadership background - Strong communication skills - Capable of handling problems quickly and effectively. - Arabic and English fluency required Send your Cv immediately for initial review.
