+ NEW VACANCY + PROJECT MAINTENANCE MANAGER Leading Fashion Retailer Riyadh, Saudi Arabia OPEN TO ALL NATIONALITIE Our client is a leading retail fashion company representing some of the most popular, developing and diverse brands within fashion and retail. The organization covers wholesale and retail trading across international brands including clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women. We are currently looking for a Project Maintenance Manager for their expanding team in Riyadh. This role is open to all nationalities who have strong experience in this area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •You will be responsible for creating and executing project work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements •Identify resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities •Provide work direction for technicians responsible for electrical and mechanical works •Responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope •Review and have the ability to understand the plans and drawings and supervise the work progress at site •Effectively apply the company’s methodology and enforce project standards based on the directions •You will be providing direction to the project team and be able to deliver the job in accordance with state, and federal regulations and company policies and procedures •You will be responsible for preparing schedules, controlling work progress and timely delivery of the stores •You will play a vital support function in Management by preparing and submitting periodical reports to higher Management for the execution of site's projects ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS •5+ years experience in Project and Maintenance Management •Fashion and Retail experience preferred but not essential •Fluent English communication skills – spoken and written SALARY •Salary package will depend on experience levels and interview performance and should be used as a guide ONLY •Up to 12-18K SAR per month Total Package - Up to $60K USD per annum including Base salary, Accommodation, Transport and Healthcare •This can be negotiable depending on the Candidate’s experience •Included in this salary package there is an excellent, high quality benefits package To apply in confidence please email your CV to FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide
