Description

To support the Head of Marketing and Product Development to maximize the profitability and potential of the Banks Assets’ portfolio. The role will require the jobholder to contribute towards the following: •Retention & growth in market share •New Product Development, including system development, within approved implementation and cost schedules •Managing the lifecycle of the relevant products. Development and implementation of product strategies and planning for product growth, sales, usage and retention •Third party partner relationship management •Business case development and assessment •Optimize cross selling opportunities •Promote & deliver business generation & targeted growth in a cost-effective manner and at acceptable levels of risk •Optimize customer satisfaction & ensure a professional business development & sales culture is maintained whether delivered through direct or indirect channels •Continually reviewing the existing product offering, processes and sales channels to ensure products are aligned to our desired target segments and remain customer centric. •Monitoring of the local competition to ensure opportunities and threats are identified. •Use of segmentation and analytics to drive strategy including ongoing management and measurement of this strategy to ensure optimal return on investment •Supporting the development of the annual product and marketing plan, including forecasts and action plans. •Understanding, overview and re-engineering of key portfolio processes to ensure that they are cost efficient and customer centric. •Additionally, for the ASSETS Product Manager: Ensuring that the Assets’ portfolio remains within the Bank’s risk parameters including audit and compliance.
