One of the leading and regional publishing company based in Dubai with operation across the Middle East and North Africa is currently hiring a persoanl assistant/receptionist for lebanon office.
The candidate will be handling the following:
-Reception tasks: phone calls, greeting visitors, scanning visitors
-Handling office logistics: ordering and following up on office supplies
-Handling petty cash and small expenses (invoices, receipts, etc), so basic accounting skills are needed
-Distribution follow up: checking distribution labels listings, printing listings, following up on distribution, support to driver on distribution route, etc.
-Basic PA work for management.
-Daily HR routine: presence sheet, absence sheets, follow up with insurance for health coverage, etc. |
