Description

Sales Controlling (50%): regular controlling and reporting of relevant KPI (e.g. sales, margin, cost/budget, profit, receivables), visualisation (cockpit charts), initiation and follow up measures dept and business plan management. Price Management (50%): definition & implementation of standard processes in price positioning, setting, maintenance/tools, price controlling (KPI, Measures). Management of minimum prices. Requirements for job: Completed studies of Business Administration/Economic Sciences Minimum 3 years working experience in controlling (sales related) and/or price management Successful implementation of process changes or build up of controlling / price mgmt. systems Experience in the automotive aftermarket prefered Very good knowledge (writing/speaking) of English; German, French and Arabic are beneficial Controlling skills and methods Analytical skills with ability to derive recommendations for action Strong skills in process definition and implementation, continous improvement process approach Understanding of sales processes Excellent communication and convincing skills Precise and reliable nature Well performing also under pressure High degree of self-motivation High customer orientation Excellent skills in MS Excel & MS Access
