Contact Number - +971-558781704 Sales Supervisor - OH&ESD ROG Organisation: OH&ESD Primary Location : Dubai Job Type: Experienced We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to drive company's Occupational Health & Environmental Safety (OH&ES) business in the Gulf region excluding Saudi Arabia. The selected individual will ideally be located in Dubai. The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Hiring, directing and coaching sales representatives to achieve forecast, build team atmosphere and develop a culture of continuous improvement. • Build strong functional and cooperative relationships with customers and end users • Succession planning and personnel development for the entire team. • Key account management • Sales reporting and analysis • Develop and implement annual sales plans and strategies • Sales budget management Products- • FIRST AID. PRODUCTS • EYE AND FACE PROTECTION PRODUCTS • FOOT WEAR. • GLOVES • HEAD PROTECTION PRODUCTS. • FALL PROTECTION PRODUCTS. • HEARING PROTCTION PRODUCTS • PROTECTIVE CLOTHING Qualifications Basic/Minimum Qualifications: • University Graduate - Engineering degree • 8-10 years MNC working experience in Industrial Markets • Distribution management • Good leadership skills • MS Office skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Willing to travel • Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications: • Chemical Engineer • Speaks fluent Arabic
