Responsibilities:
-Greeting Customers and assist them with their needs
-Receive and direct telephone and fax messages
-Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
-Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Skills:
-Min 1 year of Experience in relative position
-Excellent computer skills
-Energetic and highly organized
-High level of confidentiality
Working Hours: Mon- Fri (9h- 18h) Sat (9h-1h)
