Description:
The job holder will be responsible for leading a customer focused, efficient and responsive motor department in absence of the HOD, which contributes strongly to the Company’s overall strategy. The jobholder will ensure underwriting, assessment and settlement of motor claims in accordance with established professional claims management procedures and customer excellence standards.
