Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputable University - 10 to 15 years experience in Insurance industry with a minimum of 7 - 8 years in a managerial capacity handling underwriting or claims processing - Leadership & Teambuilding Skills - Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Organization & Follow up Skills - Strategic Thinking - Motivational Skills - Self motivated - Proven ability in underwriting, organizing workload under pressure and in leading large teams. Description: The job holder will be responsible for leading a customer focused, efficient and responsive motor department in absence of the HOD, which contributes strongly to the Company’s overall strategy. The jobholder will ensure underwriting, assessment and settlement of motor claims in accordance with established professional claims management procedures and customer excellence standards.
