Description

Our client is an expanding Saudi investment company. The right candidate will: · have a strong client base with a strong portfolio size. · have a strong investment & private banking background. · be responsible for building customer relationship and also provide after sales service to the customer. · need to establish and maintain client relationships by providing regular reporting to clients, intermediaries and trustees. · assess clients' status, objectives and risk profile. · resolve client queries on specific investments. · developing new client relationships through direct client and intermediary contact. · work closely with the compliance department ensuring regulatory requirements. · maintain up to date knowledge of the market, identify investment opportunities and make recommendations in line with final agreed mandate. · work closely with operations, technology and client areas of the bank, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of client solutions and ongoing product development, management and performance analysis. This will involve taking responsibility for all client-related aspects of the projects, to include SLA management, investigation and resolution of client queries and acting as key liaison between the client and all areas of the Company. Excellent Arabic and English language skills are mandatory.
