Our client’s expertise encompasses the supply and manufacture of engineering products supplied to the oil, gas and marine industries. Over the years they have developed extensive experience in various functional areas of engineering in hydraulics that allow them to create value for clients either through more efficient design or through cost savings. They encourage the use of value engineering practices and techniques to better serve their client’s needs. You will manage quality and consistency of products and service delivery, achieving sales revenue and profit targets within the designated territory as set by Sales Manager. You will plan and execute all Sales & Marketing activities in the Oil & Gas industry in the Middle East some travel may be required. You will generate new customer accounts to contribute to overall Sales target and revenue and build / maintain good rapport with key customers through regular site visits. You will provide excellent pre & post-sales service level to customers and engage in contract negotiation and review of contractual agreements. You will monitor projects and prepare monthly activities report to update Management on progress while working with the various departments to ensure timely shipments and fulfilment of customer orders. To be the successful candidate you must be a Mechanical Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. You will have extensive knowledge of hydraulics products & related services will be an advantage, although those with a track record of success in business development and meeting and exceeding sales targets will also be considered. You will have excellent knowledge of the Local Market along with very good contacts in the industry, a thorough knowledge of marketing hydraulics and related services and experience in managing a customer account and project management. You must have knowledge of international hydraulic and related standards and possess excellent English skills and hold a local Driving License.
