Description

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Open source platform Software Development. • Experience in Apache HTTP Server, phpMYAdmin (MySQL), PHP, Linux (LAMP environment) is a MUST. • Experience in development using open source Content Management Systems (Drupal, Joomla, Word press, etc) is a highly appreciated asset. • Experience with IDEs or any coding editors (vim, eclipse, Net beans, gvim, and gedit) is an asset. • Linux (Ubuntu) administration is an asset. • Ability to adapt, learn and search for new technologies in the open source platform • Experience in Microsoft solutions development (ASP, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server) is also an asset but not required. • Additional experience with HTML, DHTML, XML, XSD experience will be considered an asset. • Ability to work in a complex, deadline oriented environment, Ability to work with little supervision. • Excellent English written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical level. • Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team. • Positive and flexible attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
