Job Description Position based in Bahrain MISSION: 1. Follows up on the product offering and updates the RMs accordingly. 2. Handles the non-equity execution and, on a back-up basis, provides execution on equity markets. 3. Supports the AD with marketing, presentations, and proposals. 5. Exposure to Equity and capital market must. _____________________________________________________________________ REQUIRED EDUCATION: BA degree from a respected institution REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Must have a minimum of 5 years professional experience dealing in financial markets / industry. Thorough knowledge of investment products in an international institution. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Very Strong understanding of investments and capital markets * Excellent PC skills (Internet, Word & Excel& PowerPoint) * Good working knowledge of Bloomberg/Reuters * Bilingual, Arabic and English. French is a plus * Good communication skills * Motivated and team worker * Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to make decision and execute quickly * Rigorous and accurate (give attention to details) PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Advisory 1) Keeps abreast of the product offering and updates the RMs appropriately. 2) Maintains a thorough and expert knowledge of our offering. 3) Actively animate and promote the PBoffer 4) Meets with RMs and clients and present proposal 5) Suggest investment ideas and products. Works on developing the products in coordination with the product specialists. 6) Manages the RAD in the absence of the Head of RAD 7) Stays up to date with the PBIC recommendations and other important PBreports. 8) Advises the RMs in accordance with PBIC recommendations and views. 9) Responds to inquiries of RMs via phone and email in order to provide effective customer service. 10) Suggest recommendations and switch ideas, in line with PBIC recommendations. Execution 1) Receives & executes non equity trade orders (emails, phone, other systems). Ensures the best execution. 2) Provides a back-up for equity execution when needed. 3) Follows and applies RAD procedures 4) Keeps an audit trail of executed transactions. 5) Reports problems / errors as soon as they occur to management 6) Responds promptly to inquiries of RMs via phone and email in order to provide effective customer service. Support Supports the AD in preparing marketing presentations, proposals, and other documentations. Helps in developing ideas that improve the development of the business. Maintains and updates files in order to have the necessary information for effective investment decision. Communicates with various areas in the Bank to enhance the working progression. _____________________________________________________________________ ANY OTHER RELEVANT COMMENTS: Performs any additional related job duties assigned by line supervisor.
