A new plant in Syria (Industrial City) looking for: Syrian HR Manager A- Qualifications required: Master in administration. B- Duties: 1.Be able to establish a new HR department from zero including internal system. 2.Be able to work procedures and manuals, and to put a recruitment plan. 3.Be able to adapt to different interlocutors. 4.Profiyional in English & Computer 5-Languages required: Arabic and English fluently, other languages an advantage. 6-Computer skills (office) 7-Salary up to SYP 100,000/month according to past experience and qualifications.
