1. Manage the day–to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and sales targets.
2. Monitoring, coaching and feedback, Motivation, leadership for the team and developing future leaders.
3. Compiling reports on team’s performance and customer feedback.
4. Work very closely with team leaders to solve customer problems. Also needs to understand team’s problems and weaknesses and address these.
5. Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to top management.
6. Minimum 5 years directly supervising build and delivery teams;
7. Minimum 5 years experience deploying and/or supporting EMC Storage SAN, NAS, CAS, Backup and Recovery, De-duplication, and archiving solutions.
8. Minimum 5 years experience with Cisco Networking
9. Financial/trading industry knowledge.
