Description

Job Overview: Answer phones professionally and respond to customer inquiries Research required information using available resources Handle and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Process orders, forms and applications Identify and escalate priority issues Route calls to appropriate resource Follow up customer calls where necessary Complete call logs and reports Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company Provide personalized customer service of the highest level Requirements: Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills Experience in Telemarketing is a huge asset Basic computer knowledge/technological skills and proficiency in relevant computer applications knowledge of customer service principles and practices Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner and to effectively diffuse irate callers - Bilingual: French and Arabic, English is a plus
