-Maintains cleanliness of the tables in his designated area.
-Checks cleanliness of the bus stand from previous shift and notifies manager of any problems. Sets up the bus stand, restocks and prepares bus stand for shift change and/or close.
-Ensures empty service trays, ashtrays and enough cutlery kits during the entire shift.
-Cleans cutlery kit and plates with the proper solution.
-Fills up and maintains cleanliness of table condiments and set up.
-Serves guests and creates a warm and fun atmosphere for both guests and team members.
-Answers questions about food and drinks including their ingredients, preparation and accompanying items.
-Greets newly seated guests in a friendly manner within 30 seconds of being seated.
-Takes entire order and repeats order to guests for clarification.
-Merchandises menu items, using suggestions and up selling technique.
-Rings up orders on P.O.S. quickly and in proper sequence and uses appropriate abbreviations and charges.
-Attends to guests’ needs when delivering food and checks back to ensure guest satisfaction |
