Description

Ensure that the guests receive prompt attention and service from greeting to farewell, in order to deliver the full dining experience in compliance with MOF standards. Greet and escort guests to their assigned table; Take orders to serve food and beverages as per Service Steps standards; Prepare itemized checks and accept payments; Set up and clear tables on a regular basis; Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods when asked; Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request; Buss and reset tables with all condiments and disposables, ready to receive guests; Apply and reinforce all personal hygiene, and food safety and hygiene standards; Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problem; Perform other job related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management; Technical Degree; or equivalent Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceWork cooperatively with others; Ability to communicate well with all levels; Ability to multi-task and use initiative; Problem-solving skills.
